    About Us:

    Weʼre a fast-paced digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through web, social, and technology solutions. Weʼre looking for a reliable, curious, and tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide first-line support for website updates, digital tools, and social media issues. 

    Responsibilities:

    ● Provide Tier 1 support for website updates, CMS logins (e.g., WordPress), email issues, and basic web errors.
    ● Assist with social media scheduling tools and platform access (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
    ● Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to client websites, CRM platforms, and online forms.
    ● Assist and troubleshoot DNS related tasks or updates.
    ● Work with the creative and dev teams to escalate or route complex issues.
    ● Maintain documentation of support procedures, common resolutions, and client configurations to ensure efficient and effective support.
    ● Assist with basic QA of web projects and digital campaigns before launch. 

    Qualifications:

    ● 0-2 years of IT/ website help desk or digital support experience (internship or school experience counts).
    ● Familiarity with WordPress, Google Workspace, SquareSpace, Shopify, Microsoft 365, and social media platforms.
    ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    ● Eagerness to learn digital marketing tools (SEO, CRM, analytics, etc.) over time. 

    Nice to Have:

    ● A+ Certification or Google IT Support Certificate
    ● Experience with Wrike, HubSpot, Asana, or other task/project management tools
    ● Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or CMS plugins  

    Compensation & Benefits:

    ● Full-Time: $22-$26/hour ($46,000-$54,000 annually), based on experience
