Join us on Tuesday, August 14th for our next Working With Women Lunch and Learn! This will be a more detailed discussion on how to fire a difficult customer. You will find that there is no true system but there are triggers that will help to determine your decision and follow-thru on firing a client.
Our keynote speaker, Kimberly Nybo, has been a State Farm agent for over 20 years and has helped break the glass ceiling of the industry by being a female Agent (owner) in business when there were very few female Agents. She is a force to be reckoned with and has an amazing sense of business.
