• Administrative Assistant-Customer and Vendor Support

    Packaging Logistics is growing and looking for an Administrative Assistant in vendor and customer support  to join our Inside Sales team!  Working as a team player, you will support our valued customers and suppliers by communicating with vendors terms of sale for packaging products and related services. You will work directly with customers on new product development and designs for packaging products.

    We're looking for a personable, attentive individual with a strong work ethic and background in customer relations and/or supplier negotiation. You will have daily contact with our sales representatives to discuss sampling requests, research vendors to meet product specifications and development vaires packaging alternatives.

    To be a successful employee you must work seamlessly with a variety of people, and can assist others on tasks that need to be done.

    • 2+ year’s experience in either customer service, purchasing or accounting

    • 4 year degree OR related work experience 

    • Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office or G-Suite and SalesForce CRM a plus.
