    Substitute Healthcare Specialist (LPN or RN) to work at any of the buildings within the district.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
     
    Work as the first line of health care in a school building caring for students, on an as-needed basis.

    Preferences:

    We strongly prefer candidates who have exhibited excellence in collaboration with colleagues and an enthusiasm to work with students. 
     
    Qualifications:
     
    The successful candidate must have:

    • an RN or LPN license;
    • experienced with CPR and dispensing medication;
    • strong organization skills; and
    • basic understanding of computer programs. 


    Working Conditions:

    A very busy position that requires high organization and ability to get along with a variety of people.  The individual hired for this position may be called to substitute as often as every few weeks, but there is a variety of assignment needs.  Flexibility of availability is a must.

    Salary:

    Per Healthcare Specialist salary schedule.
