    Job Description

    We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a full- time Local Agent Rep for our home Acquisitions Department.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Participate in scheduled conference calls with home sellers. * Explain inspection items, negotiations, and write contracts. * Overcome seller objections, offer solutions, and help sellers

    understand the benefit of selling their home through a hassle-free

    process.

    • Consult customers through the sales process.

    Position Requirements:

    • Licensed real estate salesperson in Minnesota
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work as a self-motivated, individual performer on

    confidential information.

    • Work 9am-6pm 5 days a week, including one weekend day. * Work in our Blaine or Minneapolis office location.
