    We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and organized Sales & Marketing Director to manage and develop the sales & marketing team across the Greater Twin Cities region.  This role focuses on driving the sales, retention and marketing of prospects and customers within our various market segments.     • Building the Sales Team
    • Setting Sales Strategy
    • Coaching the Sales Team
    • Managing the Customer Experience
    • Driving a performance culture that exemplifies high accountability, results and personal growth
    • Instituting and executing a disciplined sales operating system
    • Creating, revising and deploying appropriate sales systems and processes
    • Providing company leadership as a member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, management or similar field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a role that includes hiring and managing sales personnel and activities. Transportation, logistics or related service industry experience preferred.
    • Experience developing comprehensive sales strategies, business and sales plans.
    • Proven experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations.
    • Computer savvy – Microsoft Office proficient with the ability to learn and leverage CRM systems to drive efficiencies.
    • Proven track record of rolling up your sleeves and figuring out how and why things work the way they do, and then fixing/improving them as needed
    • Ability to produce creative ideas to exceed customer service standards
    • Valid Driver’s License
