Desired Health Chiropractic, a Twin Cities-based organization, initiates the Stomp Out Stress:
Better Health for the Entrepreneur Summit. On Thursday January 19, 2023, Dr. Desiree Van
Bogart, along with five other experts in their field from Anoka County, host the online event.

Desiree Van Bogart possesses a significant amount of medical, business, and stress reduction
knowledge, which she imparts to her patients at Desired Health Chiropractic. In 2022, she
pondered how to share this expertise with others in the community. She is an advocate for
giving back. Her desire to pay it forward came into focus as she wondered who else she knew
with expertise in other fields, and would they want to share what they know to benefit others as
well?

This is how the idea that sparked the creation of the Business Done Better Virtual Summit in
2022 began. A well-received endeavor, it now takes shape as a health and wellness event,
providing Anoka County entrepreneurs insight into ways to reduce stress and improve their
health.

The event, which takes place on January 19, 2023, is open for registration and Van Bogart
shared, “We understand running a business can be extremely hectic, stressful, and filled with
anxiety. But you don’t have to let it ruin your health.” During the summit, participants will receive
guidance on how to put themselves as a priority, calm anxiety, meal plan for the overworked,
and naturally boost energy, while building an inspired life of wealth and joy.
