In January 2027, the MetroNorth Chamber will launch a new MetroNorth Regional Leadership Program designed for experienced leaders who want to broaden their perspective, strengthen their leadership, and gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations and issues shaping the North Metro. 

Meeting one day each month from January through June, participants will experience behind-the-scenes tours, candid conversations with regional leaders, interactive discussions, and practical leadership activities that connect regional issues with real-world leadership. The cohort will explore:

• JAN 26 | The North Metro Advantage – Build a regional mindset while exploring the trends, organizations and opportunities shaping our growing communities.
• FEB 23 | Economic Engine of the North Metro – Tour a leading manufacturer and hear from CEOs about the industries, workforce and leadership strategies driving our regional economy.
• MAR 23 | Leading Through Influence – Discover how public leaders build trust, navigate competing priorities and lead when there are no easy answers.
• APR 27 | Halls of Justice – Go behind the scenes of our public safety and justice systems while exploring ethical leadership, accountability and decision-making under pressure.
• MAY 18 | Arts, Nonprofits & Community Impact – Learn how purpose-driven organizations and strong partnerships create lasting impact throughout the North Metro.
• JUNE 22 | Sports, Identity & Regional Pride – Experience how sports and tourism shape our region while discovering how exceptional leaders build winning cultures and high-performing teams.
