Taste of Blaine

This is Free2B!’s seventh annual Taste of Blaine at the National Sports Center (Schwan Center) in Blaine on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.  Tickets are $35 each before the event or $45 each at the door. Over thirty restaurants will fill the Schwan Center at the National Sports Center with exquisite aromas. Last year almost a 1,000 people enjoyed the food at the fundraiser event for Free2B!  These funds will go a long way to help with the cost of car repairs for low income residents of Anoka County. Free2B! is a non profit 501 C 3 agency that accepts donated cars, repairs them and then donates them to eligible Anoka County residents.  The Free2B! Car Care Program includes components of repair or provides initial transportation for individuals in need.  The mission of Free2B! is providing car care to enable independence. Restoring hope one car at a time!
